1988 Ranger 2.3 Roller Cam Head

For a 1988 Ranger, 2.3, 4 cylinder, I am looking for information on the best approach to either convert the 88 head to a roller cam system....or is there another year / model Ford 2.3 head with a factory roller cam that will fit directly onto the 88 cylinder block? Also, parts i.e. cams, journals, etc for the 88 cylinder head seem be getting scarce. Who is the best source for 88 head parts or parts for a roller cam setup? Any help is greatly appreciated.
